Q1.Is there a physical store available which I can visit?

Answer. Bikegear.in is an online store that has many brands selling on our website. We are an e-commerce store and don’t have a physical store.


Q2.I need something which is not listed on the site. Can you help with that?

Answer. We sure can help you with it. We provide a get quote form on our website for this you can simultaneously also contact us by mail at support@bikegear.in.


Q3.Why do I need to pay tax?

Answer. Any package coming from overseas to India is subject to customs clearance. The customers have to pay the import duties and taxes for any package coming in their name.


Q4.How can I get international brands shipped to my doorstep?

Answer. We can surely help you with it. We do provide international brands from foreign locations to your doorstep. Do order on our website.


Q5.In how many days will I get my order delivered?

Answer. You will get your order delivered to your doorstep in under 1 month*.

*- In most cases, the orders are delivered to customers within a month but certain backorders might take more time. If your order includes a back order you will be informed in advance regarding the time of delivery.


Q6.Is my credit card information safe if I place an online order on your website?

Answer.Definitely.We use the latest security and encryption to make sure your information stays safe and private.


Q7.Can I pay by any other option than paying by my card?

Answer. We currently support only card payments.


Q8.I am not able to add items to my cart or access my account. Can you help?

Answer.Bikegear.in requires your web browser to accept cookies to access certain areas and functions of our website, such as the shopping cart and my account sections. Make sure you have the most updated version of your web browser, and if you continue to have problems, you can contact us by using our chat widget or by mailing us at support@bikegear.in


Q9. How will I know which size I should order?

Answer. Most of our brands have a size chart, size charts are shown next to the size options when you are viewing a product.  For additional information, it may be useful to look up the product brand's website, or you can even ask us!


Q10.What to do if an item I ordered doesn’t fit me?

Answer. We highly recommend our customers double-check their orders before placing them. Once the order is placed there are charges to be paid at border securities agencies. We don’t recommend customers to return products because it comes with hefty costing at border securities.
